Trip from Cedar Rapids to Indianapolis to Cleveland

The trip from Cedar Rapids was very flat and filled with corn fields. Nothing remarkable about this. We did make many stops on the way as part of our Quest For The Ring at Harley Dealerships. You can see from some of the pic the many Harley places we stopped.  We did find that all of the people at the dealerships were extra friendly and not pretentious.

Indianapolis seemed a bit depressed and hard hit from the recession. Our hotel was originally by some nice QSR's which closed. We saw quite a few pan handlers on our way to dinner. The people at the hotel were nice and even had a nice breakfast. We made it out of there early to get to Cleveland in order to go to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. That was fantastic. Started out with a 90 minute U2 3-D video. That would keep me from ever attending concerts again. What a great perspective and footage. Definitely worth seeing. We spent quite a bit of time going through the exhibits. I can't say enough about what was there. No photography allowed, but if there was, I'd have many pages filled. You can easily spend 2 or more days there. Tonight is in Cleveland. Tomorrow is our trip to York, PA. We hope to tour the Harley factory on Friday. Tomorrow will be a slower ride. Winding down to the end of the trip.
