Day1 of trip

Captain's Log--- Left NJ at 8:09 a.m. and arrived in Roanoke, VA at 4:35 p.m. Total of 433.7 miles traveled. Saw two serious accidents. Mostly temps in the high 90's. Missed a couple of thunderstorms once we got close to Roanoke. Made 4 stops. My back was killing me most of the trip starting from the beginning. Had dinner at the hotel, nothing elaborate. Relaxed in the hot tub.
